A weekend of yoga and nature in the beautiful Vale, hosted by Coed Hills Rural Artspace. Accomodation is in hand-crafted tipis (3/4 people per tipi) in the beautiful garden, with compost toilets and solar showers on hand (or indoor bathroom for the faint hearted!). Delicious vegetarian food will be freshly sourced and prepared. Come to tune into yourself and the beauty of Coed Hills, with five yoga and meditation sessions and plenty of opportunity to explore the sculpture trails and woodland paths or the heritage coast nearby.

The yoga
Laura Gilmore will provide quality teaching in hatha yoga to a maximum of 15 students. The classes will incorporate both attention to detail through alignment and flowing practices to cleanse and energise the body. You will also be guided in meditation to focus and calm the mind and bring about a sense of wellbeing. This is an opportunity to develop your understanding & practice of yoga, within a warm teaching environment.

Getting there and away:
Coed Hills is in St Hilary Village, near Cowbridge, just off of the A48. See www.coedhills.co.uk
Trains to Cardiff leave London Paddington every 30 minutes, from Cardiff we can arrange collection at 2-2.30pm (£8pp) or taxis are available. Lost?! Call Coed 01446 774084.

Bring: You need to bring bedding- e.g sleeping bag, cushions provided but not pillows
