With a broad experience in teaching all age range and abilities- (from babies and toddlers through to teenagers, adults and grandparents) Laura is able to accommodate a diversity of needs within one class.
Different styles of yoga are available so you can achieve exactly what you need from the yoga practice...from a gentle, restorative hatha class, to a strong, focused physically demanding ashtanga class, or to work with alignment, core strength, injury etc...
