Beginners classes teach simple yoga poses to strengthen and tone your body, release tension, deepen your breathing and rejuvenate your mind. Over time, as your flexibility, strength and concentration improves the postures and practices will evolve.
Classes can be deeply relaxing, focusing on releasing postures and breathe or uplifting and invigorating for an energy boost.
Yoga can be used therapeutically to treat specific injuries and ailments and to strengthen muscle groups that will prevent further injury.
